Terms and conditions

These terms govern kinplate.app and the Kinplate app, operated by Elixent Technologies PVT LTD. Joining the waitlist, creating an account, or calling the API means you agree to them.

The waitlist

The waitlist saves an email address so we can tell you when a place opens. It is not a promise of a date, a price, or a feature. You can ask us to remove the address.

The service

Kinplate saves recipes for a household, keeps a pantry, and builds a grocery list from what you plan to cook. The first release is early and can change. There is no paywall in that first release.

Your content

You keep ownership of recipes, photos, and notes you submit. You give Kinplate permission to store that material and to process it as the privacy policy describes, so the features can work. You are responsible for having the right to import a recipe or image you submit. Import a recipe for your household’s own cooking, not for republishing it.

Check the food

Imported recipes, pantry suggestions, and receipt totals can be wrong. You are responsible for ingredients, allergens, quantities, and food safety before you cook or shop. Kinplate is not medical advice.

Acceptable use

Do not break into the service, probe other households, overload the API, or use it to break the law. We may suspend an account that does.

Accounts

The app is for adults. You can delete the account in the app, or request deletion at kinplate.app/data-deletion. Deletion removes the household data associated with it, as described in the privacy policy.

The service is provided as available

Kinplate is provided as it is, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Elixent Technologies PVT LTD is not liable for loss from using the service, including a wrong ingredient list or a missed grocery item.
