Delete your data

Kinplate, operated by Elixent Technologies PVT LTD, deletes an account when you ask. You can do that in the app, or with the form on this page.

In the app

Open Kinplate, go to Settings, and delete the account. That revokes sign-in and removes the household’s recipes, pantry, fridge photos, receipts, grocery lists, and profile.

If you cannot open the app

Submit the email address on the account. We delete the Kinplate account and household data held for that address, and a waitlist email if we have one. A request on this page does not delete data that a store or sign-in provider keeps on its own.
